Indiana's First Congressional District runs a year-round internship program in the Washington, D.C. Office throughout the fall, spring, and summer semesters and offers a summer semester program in the Merrillville District Office for college students. The internship program is flexible to accommodate students' rigorous academic commitments, but generally runs Monday-Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

Applications for the spring 2026 internship program have closed. Applications for the summer 2026 internship program will be available soon.
