Indiana's First Congressional District runs a year-round internship program in both the Washington, D.C. Office and the Merrillville District Office throughout the fall, spring, and summer semesters for college students. The internship program is flexible to accommodate students' rigorous academic commitments, but generally runs Monday-Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

Applications for the Fall 2025 internship program have closed.  Applications for the Spring 2026 internship program will be available soon.
